Monday - Out to dinner at Verbena

We chose to go out with M's mom to Verbena, a restaurant very close to our house. We mostly chose it because it is so close and we'd heard some good things about the new chef there. Now, I'm ruing the fact that we haven't gone before. This is certainly a place that vies for the position of best restaurant in the Buffalo area and it's less than four miles from our home. Everything we had was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. The service was impeccable. We will be back. Soon. Very soon.
