So normally if we repeat a meal this quickly it's because we loved it or because we have some new method we really want to test out. In this case, this meal was only ok the firs time and we had no great revelations for how to improve it, BUT it made so many that we have a bunch frozen. Since M's mom is arriving after dinner tonight and we MUST wash the dog tonight, easy was called for. Nothing is easier than something you can take frozen and cook in your oven while you wash the dog :) This is the plan.
