Well, yesterday's post was the last real post for a while. We're less than a week away from moving and have entered the hard core cleaning out the freezer/take out stage as we get down to the nitty gritty. We will be in the process of moving through early July, so you can expect daily posts to begin again in mid-July. Wish us luck and we'll be back once we're in Buffalo!

You would be proud of me. I got fresh, locally made egg linguine and tossed it with roasted garlic scapes, asparagus, olive oil, salt and pepper. Yum. I even made a mojito to go with - gotta do something with all that mint, you know!
Ok so Ed had gotten fresh zucchini and green beans at a farm yesterday and we were trying to think of what to do with them. Zucchini seems like a good match for curry so I looked through your recipes and made the curry sauce from your Saag Tofu (1 cup yogurt, 1 1/2 t curry, 1/4 t cumin, 3/4 t salt), fried up onions, garlic, zucchini, green beans, added pinto beans and the sauce and served over brown rice. It was insanely good. Really.
Next time we decided we would steam the green beans and zucchini slightly to make them a little more pliable. Otherwise, I suggest this curry sauce be added to everything. Even ice cream.
