As often happens with a new dish we love,we repeat pretty quickly. We first made this on April 17th and it's already back in the rotation. I can only surmise that this happens so we can solidify something really good in our memory. It also sometimes occurs when a recipe is only so-so, but we have plans for how to really improve it. This is definitely a case of the former. We were blown away by this recipe the first time and the repeat didn't disappoint. What a winner and SUPER easy!
