This is still one of my favorite meals and M really seems to be enjoying it more. We recently began adding nutmeg to the sauce and I think that pushes it over the top in yumminess. As usual though, we try to ahve an M centered side with this and so he got to pick some of his favorites from the olive bar at Wegmans. The whole meal went together beautifully and felt quite festive, while remaining incredibly easy. Always good news, yes?

Difficulty: Super easy
Chopping: Artichoke hearts, parsley, lemon zest, Parmesan
Time: 25 minutes
Make ahead: You can pre-make the sauce and toss it with fresh pasta.
