Michael Pollan was on Science Friday today on NPR chatting about his new book, "In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto." His food philosophy matches mine quite well and boils down to three short sentences/fragments: "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." What a guy!

Yeah, I love this guy! He's written some great NY times articles that have really shaped how I eat, and since that time I've lost about 20 lbs!

I love him too and cite him a lot on the blog. His articles are really captivating. Lucky for me, he seems to favor my natural diet. It's a great thing!
