Add vegetables, mayonnaise and horseradish (if desired). Mix well. Sprinkle with vinegar and pepper. Mix again and taste for extra mayonnaise, vinegar, horseradish or pepper.<BR/><BR/>Divide salad onto English muffin halves – they should be heavily covered. Cover with cheese.
